Here are a couple of the many images I got to do for Godzilla King of the Monsters. The director wanted us to create some key frames to explore the materiality of Rodan and to push the incredible work that Gill & Woodruff had already done. In this piece I explored the idea of Rodan being constantly regenerating its skin by melting its fosilized feathers.
